Welcome to the Haus Stefania in Ortisei!

The house is situated in a tranquil position at the beautiful sun side of St. Ulrich, only about 200 meters from the centre.

In the immediate vicinity there are the most important ski lifts and ski runs of St. Ulrich. Also the skiing areas of St. Christina and Wolkenstein as well as the famous „Sellaronda“ can be reached comfortably thanks to the newly built "Seceda" gondola, which is only 100 meters away and can easily be reached by ski. The shops, restaurants, ski schools, ski rentals, the swimming pool etc. can all be comfortably reached in a few minutes.

In summer, this is an ideal starting point for easy and demanding mountain excursions and beautiful walks into the near Annatal valley and on the Seiseralm plateau.

There’s a small, well-groomed garden with lawn chairs and a sunshade umbrella. For our little guests there’s a swing and a little garden hut for playing and having fun.

Apartment:
The comfortably furnished apartment (70 m²) is suitable for 3-6 persons and is situated on the ground floor.

Rooms and equipment:
Two bedrooms with bed linen, one living room with TV, sleeping couch and safe, a kitchen with a dish washer, a bath room with shower, a double washbasin, bidet and WC. A ski store room with a ski boot dryer as well as a car park are at our guest’s disposal.
