Welcome to the Haus Stefania in Selva Gardena!

Our house is situated in the centre of Selva Gardena in a quiet and sunny position with a beautiful view on the Langkofel and the Sella. In the close vicinity there are the lifts which will take you up to the famous "Sellaronda" as well as the lifts for children and beginners.

Also shops, restaurants, the ski school and sports facilities can easily be reached in a few minutes walk.

In summer this is the ideal starting point for beautiful hikes in the village and to the near Langental valley as well as for easy and demanding excursions to the surrounding alpine huts and peaks.

Apartment:
The cosy and spacious apartment (90 m²) on the first floor is suitable for 3-6 persons and is newly furnished.

Rooms and equipment:
Two bedrooms with bed linen, one of which with a large balcony, one living room with SAT-TV, a sleeping couch and a safe, a kitchen with a dishwasher, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, bidet and WC.

 There’s also a ski store room with a ski boot dryer. A car park and a small garden just in front of the house is at our guests‘ disposal.
