Prices and conditions – memorable vacation at house Stefania in Val Gardena

WINTER High season     €  3.500,00 - 4.500,00 Off season    €  2.300,00 - 3.600,00

SUMMER High season € 2.100,00 - 3.200,00 Off season € 1.500,00 - 2.500,00

The prices are per week, everything is included expect for the end cleaning.
A municipal accommodation tax will be levied. Children under 14 years are exempt from this tax.
The reservation is confirmed at the moment we get the account of 30% of the total price.
In case of cancellation of the reservation the account cannot be refunded.

General Terms and Conditions and Important Information

Arrival/Departure

On the day of arrival, the apartment is available from 3:00 PM.
On the day of departure, the apartment must be vacated by 9:00 AM.

Payments: Bank transfer or cash.

Payments by credit card are not possible
The municipal tourist tax and final cleaning are charged separately.
The reservation is binding only after the deposit has been paid and our reservation confirmation has been received.
The deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation (Art. 1385 of the Italian Civil Code).

Pets:

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

Smoking:

Smoking is prohibited in the apartment.

Val Gardena Guest Pass:

We provide you with the Val Gardena Guest Pass free of charge for the complimentary use of buses and ski buses in Val Gardena.
